With years of experience in the pet industry, a true love for animals and a passion second to none.
We Aim to provide you and your pets the care and love they deserve.


Sally

Sally's passion for animals started at a young age- bringing home stray animals to care for. At the age of 15 she completed Work-Experience at a local Animal Shelter where she then managed to secure a part-time job and has spend the rest of her days working in the industry.

With a strong passion to help the helpless, if she hasn't been working for a rescue, she fosters and supports rescue's however she can. Having fostered over 1000 animals, her passion for animals in endless.

With experience in rehabilitation, behavioural intervention, puppy school, dog obedience, agility, enrichment, grooming and much more.

Sally is a mother to three boys, many furr kids and in her spare time enjoys playing netball and spending time with her kids (human and furr!)

Sally holds a Diploma in Management, Pet first aid, a Certificate in Dog Psychology, Behaviour and Training, a Certificate in Caring for Dogs, a Certificate in Dog and Pet Grooming and a Advance Certificate in Dog and Pet grooming. She is also a certified Fear Free groomer. She has also undertaken training online with the likes of Karen Pryor and Susan Friedman and has attended training sessions with Gaille Perry, Cam Day and Renee Harris. With a belief that the industry is ever evolving and training especially has changed dramatically over the years, she likes to stay informed and up to date.


Petrina

Petrina has been in the animal Industry since 2010. She has been an animal person her whole life and her biggest passion is companion animal behaviour.

During 6 years with a well-respected re-homing organisation, Petrina was an Animal Attendant and an Animal Rehabilitation Trainer. This entailed consulting on behaviour assessments, basic obedience training, implementing rehabilitation plans for cats and dogs, assisting adopters and foster carers with behavioural concerns in the home and being responsible for cat and dog enrichment plans.

Petrina has also run obedience classes with local pet stores and found a love for pet sitting.

Petrina has a Certificate III in Companion Animal Services and is currently studying a Certificate III in dog behaviour and training. Being an avid believer in continued learning, she is inspired by seminars and webinars which keep her up to date with the latest.

She belongs to a Terrier cross named Alo, and a Border Collie called River as well as felines who occasionally answer to the names Atlee, Moxy and Bobi.

Petrina has completed her Doggie First Aid training and is also completing her Certificate III in Grooming.

Bec

Bec joined the Pawfect team in 2020.
With a Certificate III in Animal Studies, Bec brings to us a great enthusiasm and passion for animals.
Bec has a staffy x mini bulldog named Tank.
You will see Bec on Cruises, Doggie Daycare and will look after your pets while your away.

Tiana

Tiana’s love for animals has been long standing and we have welcomed her with open arms to our team.

Tiana has a massive passion for animals and especially enjoys the cuddles she gets.

You will see Tiana working in the Bath Mobile, assisting with grooming, and occasionally in doggie daycare.


Nicole

Nicole began with us in 2023 doing Daycare, Cruises and transport. With a Certificate III Agriculture (Horse Breeding) and time as a veterinary nurse in her 20 year career working with animals, Nicole has longstanding experience with all creatures great and small.

She has had many four legged friends in her life and currently has two dachshund’s Stanley and Winnie and a cat named Audrey who are loved and adored.

She loves her work at Pawfect Paws and is often known to tell her two children and extended family all about the canine characters she meets at work.


Nicole

Nicole is an avid animal lover. She grew up on a farm so has had experience with animals from a young age. She has a Bachelor of Applied Science Majoring in Veterinary Technology and has worked at various pet shops, boarding kennels and rehoming shelters, just to name a few. She also has years of pet sitting experience.

Nicole is a mother of 2 very active little children as well as a rescue cat and a Kelpie who she has travelled around Australia with.

You will see Nicole out and about providing fun and learning for the daycare doggies.


Tegan

Tegan is an animal lover of all animals. She has completed courses in pet care and a vet assistant certificate. She has experience working in boarding kennels and pet stores.

Tegan’s love and knowledge of pets is well known when you talk with her and she loves educating people on petcare as well as forever learning more.

Tegan is also spends many hours volunteering for a local rescue, fostering, doing administration work and specialises in rehabilitation and behaviour modification, and loves to work in grooming and behaviour training.

You will see Tegan in the Grooming Salon and Pet Sitting.


Jolie

Jolie is a long time animal lover who has lived with pets her whole life. She is currently studying a Cert lll in animal care which started as a school based trainee-ship but is now my part-time job. 

Jolie loves meeting and creating a bond with every dog that comes into doggie daycare, as well as getting to know the owners and telling them about their dogs wonderful day. Jolie really enjoys learning about dog grooming, to make every pooch beautiful and clean. She is very enthusiastic about working with animals and increasing her knowledge in the industry.

In 2020 Jolie had 2 cats and fostered 6 rescue kittens, planning rehome them, instead took them on as our own. So, now she is blessed with 8 cats Azrael, Sylvester, Artax, Lucy, Aurora, Alexei, Indi and Otis, and one crazy dog named Loki.


Kaziah

Kaz has loved animals since she was a little girl. She has always had some kind of animals in her house hold from dogs, cats, birds and reptiles! At home, Kaz has a Cavoodle, two cats, three birds and a snake. She has also fostered puppies in the past.

Kaz has completed multiple certificates including, Certificate in animal welfare, common diseases in animals, and general healthcare for animals.

Kaz’s goal in the near future is to study vet nursing. She loves making connections with all animals and wants to continue gaining knowledge and experience while studying for her future career.

You will see Kaz in our Doggie Daycare.


Jodie

Jodie was born and raised in Tenterfield, NSW, surrounded by animals and birds. Her furry and feathered family included everything from a cow to a cockatoo! After living in Tasmania for 15 years with her 2 beloved Jack Russell's, Jodie is now live in Toowoomba with her husband, and Mini Schnauzer, Otto. Life is better with dogs and Jodie feels lucky to be part of the Pawfect Paws pack.

You will see Jodie on Canine Cruises and in Doggie Daycare.


Dylan

Dylan is one of Pawfect Paws pet sitters. You won't find him around HQ as Dylan works in disability support throughout the week.

He has been pet sitting with Pawfect Paws for a few years and enjoys every second of it.

Dylan has plenty of fur babies himself and is confident in looking after hooved and feathered family members as well.
