TERMS AND CONDITIONS

GENERAL TERMS

1.    All dogs to be fully vaccinated with a C5 vaccination (Distemper, Hepatitis, Parvovirus, Parainfluenza and Bordetella) - proof of vaccination is required

2.    I will not bring my dog(s) to daycare or grooming in the event that my dog displays symptoms of being unwell e.g. vomiting, coughing or lethargic

3.    In the event my dog is unwell or injured and I am uncontactable, I authorise Pawfect Paws staff to take my dog to their preferred vet for treatment ($15 vet transportation fee) and I will pay the full expenses associated with that treatment when I collect my dog. Please advise a value to which you authorise Pawfect Paws to spend at the vet- If no value is given it will be assumed at $500

4.    I agree that in the event that my dog arrives at daycare or grooming with fleas and/or ticks present my dog will be treated accordingly and I will be charged for any expense

5.    I will notify Pawfect Paws of any pre-existing health conditions, behaviour issues or allergies (if any)

6.    I accept all reasonable risk of injury to my dog(s) that may occur in a normal dog daycare or grooming activity including walks and playing with other dogs

7.    I expressively waive and relinquish any and all claims against Pawfect Paws, its employee's and representatives, except those arising from negligence on the part of Pawfect Paws

8.    I understand and agree that Pawfect Paws shall not be held responsible for any damage to my property or that of others, caused by my dog during the period in which it is in their care or consequential damages

9.    I will notify Pawfect Paws staff if the event that my dog(s) have recently displayed aggressive behaviour towards other dogs or people

10.  If my dog is aggressive towards other dogs or staff members at daycare or grooming, I agree to be contacted and asked to collect my dog immediately

11.  I understand that I am liable for any medical care expenses and damages that result from injuries caused by my dog.

PAYMENT

1.    I understand that Pawfect Paws hours of operation are 6.30am to 6.30pm Monday to Friday for Daycare. 8.00am to 5.00pm Monday to Saturday for Grooming and as advised for training. I will ensure my dog is picked up by 6.30pm or incur a $30 + GST fee for each 30mins I am late.

2.    I acknowledge payment for daycare and training is to be made in advance and payment for grooming is to be done upon collection of the dog

3.    I understand that late cancellations and/or no shows for bookings will be charged at full fees.

4.    I understand that if an unpaid balance remains unpaid for 60 days or more, unless another arrangement is made, my Pawfect Paws account will be turned over to a collection agency and that as a result I will be liable for collection costs and attorney fees in addition to the unpaid balance.

5.    I understand that Pawfect Paws has the right to refuse service to me and my dog(s) at any time

6.    I acknowledge that if my dog is matted an additional matting fee will be applied.

DAYCARE

1.    All dogs attending daycare over the age of 12 months must be desexed

2.    We will take every precaution to ensure your pet has a happy and safe stay, but Pawfect Paws will not accept responsibility for Canine Influenza, loss/escapes, illness or any kind of injury/ies.

3.    Photos and videos taken are the intellectual property of Pawfect Paws. We reserve the right to use them as necessary.

4.    The client specifically represents that he or she is the sole owner of the pet/s free and clear of all liens and encumbrances

5.    All dogs must arrive and leave on a leash

6.    While at daycare, I understand my dog will get muddy, wet, dirty. I can opt for an extra service to have my dog bathed prior to collection.

7.    I must provide a minimum of 24 hours notice for cancelation of day care or I may be charged the daycare fee.

I acknowledge I have read and understand these Terms and Conditions and am entitled to a copy now or whenever required.
